PT Rois Cartoon Studio, also known as Rois Cartoon, is a creative studio and investment entity founded on November 15, 2021. In its operations, Rois Cartoon adopts an organizational structure split into two main divisions: the Studio Unit, which focuses on animation production, visual content publishing, and the development of original Intellectual Property (IP)—such as the character Piti and satirical isekai fiction stories—and the Holding Unit, which serves as a portfolio manager, asset supervisor, and controller of the companys business expansion. As part of its business strategy, the Holding Unit is utilized as a vehicle for long-term investment in publicly traded companies listed on the Stock Exchange through structured stock portfolio management, dividend reception, and capital asset accumulation. Furthermore, Rois Cartoon demonstrated its commitment to global sustainability by participating in the UN Climate Change Conference (COP 30) in Belém, Brazil, making history as the first animation studio to be directly involved in carbon credit trading (IDXCarbon) and the implementation of a decarbonization roadmap.
